The book talks about seven management myths. I want to share some of them with you today.

2. The Myth of Fairness: This myth says that the way to be fair is to treat everybody the same.
3. The Myth of the Nice Guy: This myth says that the only way to be strong is to act like a jerk.
4. The Myth of the Difficult Conversation: This myth says that being hands off is the way to avoid confrontations with employees.
