1. Church people who were on the right track and then mess up their lives

2. Staff: Hiring and firing

3. When a person leaves the church (I've gotten better at this)

4. Budgets

5. Casting vision: especially when change is involved

6. When I smell disloyalty in the ranks

7. Being in the trenches with someone I'm not sure that I trust

8. Too much Mexican food :)

9. The heavy burden of being a Senior Pastor

10. Sometimes after preaching four times on Sundays, I can't unwind
