11. Build relationships in the community with people of another race. Be proactive about it.

12. Ask some people of another race to attend your church and tell them to give you feedback about what you need to change to attract them to your worship experience.

13. Your music is a very important key to who you attract to your church. If you want a diverse church, your music will have to reflect it.

14. Develop a relationship with another pastor or preacher and invite them to speak at your church a couple of times a year.

15. Be sensitive to the words you choose while speaking to your church. I have heard many preachers unintentionally say, show and do stupid stuff that degrades another race.
