Yesterday, I forgot to blog. My Tuesdays are spent with my staff. I have an executive meeting first thing in the morning, and then, a staff meeting with my directors following my executive meeting. Then, our directors have a staff lunch. My Tuesdays are dedicated to encouraging, correcting and equipping my staff.
Today is a study day for me. I have a brief outline of what I'm going to talk about this weekend. I will begin to develop my thoughts and do some research to enhance my message. Hopefully by the end of the day I'm 80 percent done with my message. My title this weekend is "Are We There Yet?"
